In some ways, the saying, "you are what you eat" has validity.

Eating well will make you feel so clean, light, and energetic, but we also believe in balance and fun! We'll guide you to make choices that serve your well-being in a multitude of ways!

Fitness

Fitness is not about how far you can run or how heavy you can lift. It's about being fit and fierce enough to participate in life! To pick up your kid when they cry, get down on the floor with your grandkids, or explore that new city you're vacationing in!

Wellness

This one is so important because of the sheer number of things that fall into it! Your wellness is all-encompassing and unique to you. So, we encourage you to take a look at your sleep, routines, relationships, work-life balance, and overall self-care.

Tyler & Stephanie met working as Health Coaches at the same company and became instant friends! They immediately bonded over their dogs and working from home 😍 Most importantly, they connected over their passion for all things health and wellness. And while they LOVED the work, they felt called to approach health in a different way. They want to empower women to create a healthy lifestyle for themselves without the diet mentality nonsense. So here they are! Teaming up and doing everything we can to remind you that you're worth the effort and help YOU reach your goals!

Why Health Coaching?

Did you know you’re significantly more likely to achieve your goals when you work with a health coach? Additionally, you’re more likely to improve your quality of life and other health factors (like blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, body weight, physical fitness, risk of chronic disease, and overall happiness).

A health coach is your personal guide, partner, and accountability buddy for all things health and wellness. Just like a sports coach brings out the best in you in that particular sport, a health coach can bring out the best in your health and well-being.

They can help you identify what your short-term and long-term goals are, AND help you achieve them. With a health coach, you can receive support in topics relating to nutrition, fitness, wellness, sleep, health, stress management, time management, hydration, weight loss – the list goes on and on!

You may already know what you need to do, but turning it into something you want to do is a Health Coach’s specialty. It’s especially our specialty.

Hi there! I'm Tyler & I’m so glad you’re here!

Let's knock qualifications out of the way:

- Undergraduate Degree in Psychology

- Master's Degree in Nutrition & Human Performance

- National Board Certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC)

- Over a dozen years of 1:1 coaching experience

I find that good nutrition and health are easily overcomplicated when they don't have to be! I love working 1:1 with people to help them make that realization and prioritize themselves in a way that works for them and their lifestyle. You'll also see me spearheading the fitness portion of FFF -- I love sharing strength with you all. So, despite my education, I'll leave the cooking to Stephanie & my husband. 😆

Hello friends! I’m Stephanie, one of the co-founders, owners, and creators behind Fit Fierce & Female!

 

Here's my background:

- Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology / Exercise Science

- National Board Certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC)

- 10+ years of coaching in 1:1, group, and text-based settings

- Experienced in weight loss, preventative care, and diabetes management

And while my background is in exercise, you'll find me creating all the recipes and cooking videos you see here! Tyler and I decided to swap specialties lol 😋 There's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health and wellness. I love helping people find the unique and individualized approach that works for them. Health is the greatest gift you can give yourself, so let's get started!
