Get those joints loosened up and your muscles ready to work with some kickbacks, hydrants, clamshells, bodyweight lunges, bodyweight squats, and anything else your heart desires.

If you did that burnout, then you need to go walk it outttt. Take a lap around the house/neighborhood/on the treadmill/whatever you have access to. And then take 5-10 minutes to stretchhhh.Β
